普爾海姆（德语：Pulheim）是德國的一座城市。位於北萊茵-威斯特法倫州。普爾海姆在1981年獲得城市地位。市內有大型變電站。在1975年市區面積擴大。位於萊茵河谷之內。在古羅馬時代這裡就有人居住。中世紀時這裡的大多數地區屬利希大公。三十年戰爭中這裡曾是戰場。市內有教堂等宗教設施。大多數居民信奉天主教。這裡的風車和修道院也是著名的旅遊景點。市內有多所學校。也設有博物館等文化設施。普爾海姆也會舉行狂歡節。
