注：库尔德工人党和伊拉克库尔德爱国同盟为了争夺库尔德的统治地位，先后2002年－2006年的伊拉克和2012年－2013年的叙利亚哈塞克两次開打，2014年库尔德工人党支援库尔德爱国同盟打击ISIL，却被库尔德爱国同盟出卖，损失了两位师级指挥官和大批士兵，双方随后又在哈塞克继续对峙，为了摆脱困境，库尔德两派分别选择跟叙利亚政府和自由军结盟。
