扬·克日什托夫·别莱茨基（波蘭語：Jan Krzysztof Bielecki，['jan ˈkʂɨʂtɔf bʲɛˈlɛt͡skʲi] 
试听，1951年5月3日—），波兰自由派政治家和经济学家。自由民主大会领导人，1991年1月至12月任波兰总理。[1]2003年到2010年任波兰商业银行(Bank Pekao)行长，现任波兰国际事务研究所主席。[2]自2000年代初以来，别莱茨基是公民纲领党成员。[3]2010年，华沙商业日报形容别莱茨基是波兰最受人尊敬的经济学家之一。[4]
生平
[编辑]别莱茨基1951年5月3日出生于比得哥什，在格但斯克大学学习海运经济学，1973年毕业，[5]在格但斯克重工业培训中心和应用经济研究所工作。[6]1980年加入了团结工会运动，提供后勤支持。[6]1981年12月波兰共产党实行军管，宣布戒严，镇压持不同政见者，别莱茨基被捕，并一度被当局拘留。此后他因赞成激进的自由市场经济政策而被政府的工业培训中心解雇。他与一位朋友一道，买了一辆四轮平板车，开始了运输木材的行当。1985年，他建立了一家咨询公司，为许多在军管时失去工作的专家提供了工作，并很快闻名波兰和国外。[7]
1989年6月别莱茨基当选众议院议员，他一直是赞成波兰私有化和与西方经济合作的倡导者。塔德乌什·马佐维耶茨基总理在总统选举中失败后辞职，新当选总统莱赫·瓦文萨提名他为新总理。1991年1月4日别莱茨基出任波兰总理。1991年议会选举后，其政府因缺乏各党派的支持而倒台。
1992年至1993年，别莱茨基在汉娜·苏霍茨卡政府中任不管部部长，负责与欧洲共同体的关系。
