愛爾蘭幫（英語：Irish Mob）是美國自19世紀以來便存在著黑社會組織，同時也是美國歷史最為悠久的犯罪集團之一。

愛爾蘭幫最早是由愛爾蘭前往美洲的犯罪人士組成，之後其分支團體便逐漸遍及至美國各個大型城市中（赫伯特·阿斯伯里（英语：Herbert Asbury）的1927年書籍《紐約黑幫》中有描述），包括波士頓（查爾斯頓幫（英语：Charlestown Mob）與冬山幫）、紐約、舊金山、紐奧良、克里夫蘭、費城、普洛威頓斯、堪薩斯城、聖路易斯、大西洋城以及芝加哥，而在加拿大蒙特婁當地也有其轄下組織西端幫（英语：West End Gang）以此作為分部運作著。

愛爾蘭幫的黑手黨成員亦有於英格蘭、蘇格蘭以及愛爾蘭進行業務，包括倫敦、伯明罕、利物浦、曼徹斯特、泰恩河畔新堡、都柏林、愛丁堡與格拉斯哥都有據點持續運作著。

爱尔兰裔美国人的街头帮派，如死兔帮（英语：Dead Rabbits）(由未来的国会议员约翰·莫里西领导)和威奧斯幫（英语：Whyos），统治了纽约的地下世界一个多世纪。然而，从1880年代和1890年代开始，他们就面临着来自新到的意大利和犹太帮派的竞争。由保罗·凯利领导的“五点帮”在1900年代初声名鹊起，与哈德逊Dusters帮、“地鼠帮”等同属该时期的其他帮派相抗衡。

1900年代初，随着意大利犯罪组织，如莫雷洛犯罪家族侵占了海滨，各种爱尔兰帮派联合起来组成了“白手帮（英语：White Hand Gang）”。尽管最初成功地牵制了他们的黑手（英语：Black Hand (extortion)）意大利对手，但不稳定的领导和内斗最终导致了他们的垮台。Dinny Meehan, Bill Lovett和Richard Lonergan的被害导致该团伙于1925年消失。随后，意大利黑帮成员文森特·曼加诺、艾伯特·阿纳斯塔西娅和乔·阿多尼斯占领了海滨。然而，爱尔兰的乌合之众在产煤的地区重新出现，并保持着强大的力量。
