徐小岩
徐小岩（1947年—），山西五台人，中国人民解放军将领、中国人民解放军中将。徐向前元帅之子。
1999年12月，担任中国人民解放军总参谋部信息化部部长。2006年，授予中国人民解放军中将，曾任总装备部科学技术委员会副主任[1]。2008年起担任全国人大代表[2]。
