帕羅（不丹語：སྤ་རོ་；拉丁化：Paro）是不丹王国西部的一座城市，也是帕羅宗的首府。位于帕罗河谷内，平均海拔2250米。帕罗曾经是不丹西部政治中心，并同西藏有着悠久的商贸关系，當地唯一的機場（帕羅機場）更是不丹唯一一座國際機場。
