山茱萸科（学名：Cornaceae）是山茱萸目的一个科。广泛分布于北温带。包括八角枫属和山茱萸屬兩屬約85種[1][2]灌木、喬木和少數的草本植物。本科成員通常會有互生或對生的單葉，花朵四裂或五裂，頭狀花序，果實為核果。本科主要分佈於北溫帶地區和熱帶亞洲。
山茱萸科的內部分類一直都有爭議，隨著時間的推移，有許多的屬都陸續被加入此科，不久之後又被從此科移除。分子系统发生学已經闡明了一些相關屬的相關性，以前包含在本科中的至少九個屬都已經被從山茱萸目中移出，但是目前山茱萸科的定義還不清楚。被子植物种系发生学组通常將山茱萸科定義為包括山茱萸屬和八角楓屬以及現在分為藍果樹科的五個屬。然而，在某些時候，這些屬又會被分成獨立的科（例如八角楓科），並且用法仍然不一致。
