喬安妮·麥卡特尼（英語：Joanne McCartney；？—），是英國工黨-合作黨政治人物和大律師。她自2004年當選為倫敦議會議員，並在2016年成為倫敦副市長。
她的政治生涯始於1998年當選恩菲爾德區委員，任職至2006年英國地方選舉前決定退休，專心倫敦議會事務。她也是種族平等委員會委員。
