劉季篪 （？—？），名韶 ，以字行 ，明代 江浙行省 紹興路 餘姚州（今浙江 餘姚 ）人。政治人物、進士。
洪武 二十七年（1394年）進士 ，授行人 ，曾出使朝鮮 ，婉拒其饋贈禮，明太祖 得知後，賜衣鈔。後任陝西 參政 ，有政績[ 1] 明成祖 時，官刑部 侍郎 。永樂 三年（1405年）參修《永樂大典 》。永樂八年，因事連坐下獄。後改工部主事，卒於任上[ 2] [ 3]

^ 《明史 》（卷150）：“劉季篪，名韶，以字行，余姚人。洪武中進士。除行人。使朝鮮，卻其饋贐。帝聞，賜衣鈔，擢陝西參政。陝有逋賦，有司峻刑督，民不能輸。季篪 至，與其僚分行郡縣，悉縱械者，緩為期。民感其德，悉完納。陝不產碙砂，而歲有課。季篪言於朝，罷之。洪渠水溢，為治堰蓄泄，遂為永利。”
