凤岐吴氏大宅，位于中国福建省柘荣县乍洋乡凤里村凤岐自然村，是柘荣县体量最大的古民居，也是凤岐村唯一的建筑，形成“一村一屋”的格局。
凤岐吴氏大宅是第七批福建省文物保护单位，公布时间为2009年11月16日[1]。2013年3月5日，被中华人民共和国国务院公布为第七批全国重点文物保护单位，类型为古建筑。[2]
