《我要找工作》（英語：The Job，又译《为理想工作而战》[2]）是一部美国真人秀，2012年5月13日哥伦比亚广播公司宣布正式预订本节目并计划于2013年初播出[3]。本节目将于2013年2月8日起在周五档期播出[1]。
然而在播放了两集后CBS在2013年2月18日宣布将节目撤出档期[4]。
