上田正昭（日语：上田 正昭、1927年4月26日—2016年3月13日），日本歷史學家、小幡神社宮司、歌人。出身兵庫縣城崎郡城崎町（現 豐岡市）出身，京都大學名譽教授、大阪女子大學名譽教授、西北大学名譽教授。勲二等瑞宝章。
