Supper Moment係香港嘅一支流行樂隊，2006年8月成立。成員有主音同結他手陳仕燊（Sunny）、貝斯手張祖光（CK）、結他手梁燿鵬（Martin）同埋鼓手陳鴻達（Hugh）。到咗2010年先至簽約唱片公司，出咗兩張EP正式出道。
