雷州半島（粵拼：leoi4 zau1 bun3 dou2）係喺中國廣東最大嘅半島，喺廣東西南部，伸入南海，隔離係瓊州海峽同海南島。個半島主要係由玄武岩組成嘅台地，重有啲死火山。因為成日行雷，所以叫「雷州」。南北140公里長，東西70公里闊，面積7800倒平方公里。

雷州半島主要城市有湛江，有黎湛鐵路、粵海鐵路連接。
