大明瓷器

陶瓷係工藝嘅一種，狹義上係指用泥（陶泥或者瓷泥）整成器皿或者雕塑品等等嘅形狀，等到乾燥之後再放入爐燒成一件件器皿嘅工藝。製成品會叫做陶器或瓷器。

廣義上，喺工程學，陶瓷可以指用無機嘅非金屬原料製作嘅產品。呢類嘢包括例如電腦零件入面嗰啲，其實都係由工藝嘅陶瓷衍生出來。工程師用陶瓷技術製作工業產品嘅期間，不斷咁改用唔同嘅物料同工序，結果整咗一柞同工藝嘅陶瓷好唔同嘅嘢出來。
