藍田人
藍田人（Homo erectus lantianensis）係中國嘅直立人化石，通常叫做藍田猿人，學名係直立人藍田亞種。佢哋住響更新世中期、舊石器時代。早期藍田人係西安最早嘅居民。
藍田人大概生活喺80萬至60萬年前。當時藍田人嘅生活地區，草木茂盛，好多種遠古動物棲息，包括東方劍齒象、葛氏斑鹿等嘅素食動物，同埋兇猛嘅劍齒虎。藍田人用簡單粗糙嘅打製石器，喺自然環境中掙扎求存。佢哋捕獵野獸，採集果實、種籽同埋塊莖等等嚟食。
藍田人響1963年喺中國陝西省藍田縣發現嘅，年份係早北京人成幾十萬年。所以佢哋喺體質形態上有啲分別。例如藍田人嘅容貌更似猿猴，智力同埋四肢比唔上北京人發達。藍田人同埋北京人嘅發現，證明咗中國係人類文明嘅重要發源地之一。
