羅冠蘭（1956年9月28號—）係香港女演員，香港出世，祖籍廣東省東莞市。佢憑1994年電影《我和春天有個約會》攞香港電影金像獎最佳女配角獎。佢亦幫過無綫電視拍電視劇。2019年返無綫電視拍《牛下女高音》[1]。
