罷工

1934年美國明尼蘇達州攞住鐵通嘅罷工工人同警察響明尼阿波利斯街頭衝突。

罷工，係一種工業行動，工人為咗表示抗議，而一齊唔做嘢。響依賴集體勞動嘅行業，例如工廠、煤礦等，罷工往往能夠迅速得到僱主、政府同公眾嘅迅速注意，令到工人提出嘅要求更可能獲得保證。響西方國家，罷工響19世紀尾同20世紀頭、工業革命發生期間產生咗關鍵嘅作用，成功迫使政府修改政策，甚至落埋台。

喺罷工期間，如果工人照返工就會俾人仇視，叫做「工賊」。人性化嘅理由，可能個別工友手停口停，經濟上比其他工友更加撐唔住。
