李天翔（英文：Eric Li ，1976年10月11號—），原名李志偉，係香港男演員，做過無綫電視基本藝人合約藝員。佢係經無綫電視第八期藝員進修班入行，做過細路節目主持，最經典角色係做「認字唔認人」嘅「認字特警」。佢拍劇就多數演反派角色。2019年李天翔離開無綫，結束廿二年合作關係[1]。
李天翔老婆譚寶怡開IT公司，負責寫程式[2]。
