元旦前夕（粵拼：jyun4 daan3 cin4 zik6），又叫大除夕（daai6 ceoi4 zik6）[1]，係指公曆最後一日，亦即係12月31號。嗰晚會有好多人倒數迎接新一年元旦嚟臨。

喺中文語境，「除夕」同「大除夕」有時會撈亂嚟講，農曆除夕同公曆除夕都一樣叫「大除夕」，或者一樣叫「除夕」。
