一塊即食麪

即食麪係一種可以喺短時間之內煮熟嘅麪，原理係利用棕櫚油將已經煮熟同調味嘅麵條硬化，並壓製成塊狀，食之前用熱水浸或者簡單咁煮吓，用熱水溶解棕櫚油，並將麵條加熱浸軟，幾分鐘之後就可以食得。
