割席，又叫割蓆，係指因為唔認同對方嘅諗法，而同人哋劃清界線，宣告再唔係朋友或者同路人嘅行為。

典故

東漢末年三國時代，有兩個文人管寧同華歆本嚟係同學兼老友，坐埋同一個草席，後尾管寧發現華歆品德好差，就將草席割開兩半，同佢講以後無朋友做，呢件事就引伸咗一句成語：「割蓆絕交」。
