五羊新城嘅紀念石（喺寺右新馬路嗰邊） 五羊新城 （粵拼 ：ng5 joeng4 san1 sing4 中國 廣東省 廣州市 嘅地名，喺越秀區 嘅廣州軍區 司令部以東；中山一路 以南；廣州大道中 以西；二沙島 以北嘅位。
其實五羊新城從1983年開始發展，一直行到而家。
喺1983年之前，五羊新城嘅地皮重係鄉下地區。直到1983年，嗰時嘅廣州市人民政府 開始整咗個五羊新城嘅規劃區兼搞咗兩期征地，喺1984年俾中央批准咗搞五羊新城。而工程喺1984年12月開始喐手，結果用咗差唔多一年半時間搞好咗一期嘅建設工程。而二期工程喺1990年開始搞，直到1997年先至搞好嗮成個五羊新城嘅兩期工程。
