W38 (核弹头)
W38是美国的一种热核弹头，在1960年代早期至中期期间作为SM-65擎天神导弹E型和F型，以及泰坦1号运载火箭洲际弹道导弹的弹头。它最初于1961年生产，于1961-1965年间服役。70枚部署在泰坦1号导弹上，110枚部署在SM-65擎天神导弹上。它使用Avco Mark 4重返大气层载具。
W38的直径为32寸(81 cm)，长82.5寸(2 m)。它重3,080磅(1,400 kg)，有空爆和接触引爆两种爆炸引信，设计爆炸当量为375万吨。[1]
W38是第一枚由加利福尼亚大学放射实验室(现时的劳伦斯利佛摩国家实验室)研发的热核洲际弹道导弹弹头。
W38被泰坦2号导弹家族与W53弹头的组合替代，其爆炸当量为900万吨。
