1月24日，SM娱乐宣布SHINee成员Key和INFINITE成员优铉将组成限定特别组合。[1]

2月20日，首支预告于Mnet综艺节目《This Is INFINITE》片尾和SMTOWN官方Youtube频道同步公开，2月27日公开的第二支预告表明团体将于3月出道。

3月4日，出道歌曲《Delicious》MV预告公开，并宣布将在3月10日发行首张迷你专辑《Toheart》并举行Showcase。

3月13日，于Mnet音乐节目《M! Countdown》正式展开《Toheart》的宣传活动。
