硫化叶菌属（学名：Sulfolobus）为硫化叶菌目硫化叶菌科的一属革兰氏阴性菌。产自陆地地热区的硫质喷气环境。此属的模式种为嗜酸热硫化叶菌(Sulfolobus acidocaldarius)。
