初步证明
初步证明（拉丁语：Prima facie），又称表面证供，是拉丁语法学词汇。法院在受理民案或刑案之前，必先初步审视由案件其中一方（视乎举证责任谁属）呈上的文件。初步证明不需要是确凿或无可辩驳，法院只需考虑案件是否有足够证据进行全面的审讯。
