NGC 6745，即UGC 11391，是一个距离地球约2.06亿光年（6350万秒差距）的不规则星系，在天球上位于天琴座。该星系实际上是碰撞中的三个星系。
概要
该系统中的三个星系在数亿年前相碰撞。在经过较大的星系NGC 6745A之后，较小的星系NGC 6745B与A的距离正在拉长。较大的星系可能在碰撞前可能是螺旋星系，但在碰撞后结构被破坏，现在外观看起来是特殊星系。由于恒星之间距离相当遥远，两星系互相碰撞时恒星不可能直接相撞。然而，两星系内部的气体、尘埃与磁场将在碰撞时直接交互作用。交互作用的结果可能是较小的星系将大量星际物质流入较大的星系中。
