MEarth计划

MEarth计划（The MEarth Project）是美国NSF基金会使用机器人以凌日法搜寻环绕红矮星行星的计划。MEarth拥有8架 机器人操作的 40 cm（16英寸） f/9 里奇-克莱琴望远镜 RC光学系统。这些望远镜安装在美国亚利桑那州的弗雷德·劳伦斯·惠普尔天文台，各自配置了一对 2048 × 2048的Apogee U42 CCDs。
