内幕公司（英语：Insider Inc.），曾用名“商业内幕公司（Business Insider Inc.）”，是美国一家网络媒体公司，旗下拥有“内幕”等网络媒体。它现在是德国出版公司阿克塞尔·斯普林格集团的子公司，该集团也是欧洲最大的出版机构。
公司历史
商业内幕公司由亨利·布洛杰特和凯文·瑞恩在2007年创立。[1] 2013年，杰夫·贝索斯通过其投资公司贝索斯远征为商业内幕公司募集了500万美元的投资。[2] 2015年9月29日，阿克塞尔·斯普林格集团宣布以3.43亿美元（3.06亿欧元）的价格收购商业内幕公司约88%的股份。[3][4] 收购完成后，阿克塞尔·斯普林格集团持有商业内幕公司约97%的股份，而贝索斯远征则持有剩下的股份。[5] 截至2018年，阿克塞尔·斯普林格集团已经全资拥有内幕公司。[6]
2017年12月，商业内幕公司更名为“内幕公司”，理由是该公司致力于成为一家大众新闻出版商。[7] 尼古拉斯·卡尔森被任命为全球总编辑。[8] 2018年1月，内幕公司将其位于纽约市的全球总部从熨斗区搬迁至金融区。[9] 同年3月，该公司发起了他们的第一个广告推广活动，口号便是“Get in”。[10] 7月，内幕公司开始使用尼尔森控股的数字内容评级来衡量其数字视频受众。[11]

2015年，商业内幕公司在Twitter和Facebook上建立了名为“内幕（Insider）”的社交媒体账号。这是其综合新闻网络媒体，可与BuzzFeed相媲美。[13] Insider.com网站于2016年5月推出，专注于新闻及生活方式的文章和视频。[14][15]
市场内幕
2016年10月，商业内幕公司推出了市场内幕，这是一项专注于全球市场数据和新闻的服务。该服务的数据由阿克塞尔·斯普林格集团所控股的德国金融门户网站Finanzen.net所提供。
