ITV伦敦（ITV London）是英国独立电视网在伦敦地区提供的电视服务的名称。独立电视公司在伦敦地区拥有2个第3频道播出特许权，系继承自卡尔顿电视（礼拜一至礼拜五午后5:14）和伦敦周末电视（礼拜五午后5:15之后及周末）。两者自1993年开始就共建伦敦新闻网，共同制作新闻节目。ITV伦敦成立于2002年10月28日，以统合之前卡尔顿（Carlton）和伦敦周末电视（LWT）这两个电视品牌。虽然在法律上这两个特许权仍然独立，然而在播出上两个品牌已经统一在一个平台上。ITV伦敦的总部曾位于伦敦泰晤士河南岸的伦敦摄影棚，这也是LWT之前的总部建筑[1]。
