IAC/InterActiveCorp（亦称：IAC）是一家美国互联网公司，在全球100多个国家持有150多个商标。[1]其总部位于纽约市。[2]
历史
IAC形成于1986年，当时称银王广播公司（Silver King Broadcasting Company），是家庭购物网络（Home Shopping Network）的子公司。1992年独立上市，1995年8月巴里·迪勒买下银王广播公司的控股权。[3] 一年后银王与家庭购物网络合并，加上收购“Savoy Pictures Entertainment”，从而形成新的HSN公司（HSN, Inc）。[4]
HSN公司在1990年代末兼并了其他几家公司，[5][6]1998年改名为USA网络公司（USA Networks, Inc.）。[7][8]
2000年代早期开始转向发展互联网产业，2002年5月改名“USA Interactive”、2003年6月改名“InterActiveCorp”、2004年7月改现名“IAC/InterActiveCorp”。[9]
2017年5月14日IAC以约5亿美元的价格收购消费者点评网站 Angie's List，并把旗下的点评网站HomeAdvisor与Angie’s List合并，成立新公司ANGI Homeservices Inc.
2020年7月，IAC和Match Group宣布成功完成Match Group与IAC其余业务的分离。分离产生的结果是，取消了Match Group的双重投票结构，以前由IAC持有的Match Group权益现在由IAC的股东直接持有。从分离开始，新IAC的交易代码为IAC，而新Match Group的交易代码为MTCH[10]。
2020年8月，IAC宣布已投资美高梅国际酒店集团12％的股份。
