HIP 85605是一颗位于武仙座的主序星，视星等11.03[1]。它的光谱可能是M型或K型，距离太阳约18—28光年（5.6—8.5秒差距）[2][3]。该恒星先前被认为是较亮恒星HIP 85607的伴星[b]，不过现在认为两者是天球上距离接近的光学双星。
概要
[编辑]最初依巴谷卫星于1997年对HIP 85605的视差量测值为202 mas，即距离太阳系16.1光年[1]。2007年弗罗·范·莱文将该星视差修改为147 mas，或距离太阳系22.2光年[1]。如果视差值为147 mas（0.147角秒），HIP 85605就不太可能是距离太阳最近的100颗恒星之一[4]。2014年预测，如果前述的视差与距离量测值正确的话，HIP 85605可能在未来24万至47万年后这段期间距离太阳只有0.13至0.65光年（0.04至0.2秒差距）[2]。对HIP 85605需要进行更精确的天文测量。并且该恒星如果从太阳附近近距离通过，它的重力将可能扰动奥尔特云内彗星的轨道，使彗星进入内太阳系。不过HIP 85605的距离尚未精准测定[5]，并且如果要更符合赫罗图，它可能距离太阳更远，且光度更高[3]。
