HD 27894网罟座中一颗9恒星,位于大约138光年之外。它是一颗橙矮星光谱类型为K2V,它的温度和光度都比我们的太阳低。

2005年,日内瓦系外行星探测小组宣布发现了它的一颗太阳系外行星[6]。2017年,天文学家宣布在该恒星旁再发现2颗系外行星。其中一颗较晚发现的行星与较早的行星一样极为靠近母恒星,另外一颗则明显远离母恒星许多。这是天文学家首次发现行星系统内各行星轨道之间有如此巨大空隙的例子[7][8]
