HD 130322是一颗位于室女座的视星等8等恒星，属于光度和表面温度都低于太阳的橙矮星，光谱类型 K0V。该恒星位在天球赤道正下方不远处，因此除了北极点以外地球各处都可观测到。
行星系统
该恒星相对于地球的自转倾角是76+14
−42°[2]。现假设该行星相对于地球的轨道倾角也是这个值[3]，但是数颗已知的热木星的轨道倾角和恒星自转倾角是不同的[4]。
