GDDR3
GDDR3 (Graphics Double Data Rate 3)是一款显卡专用内存，由ATi及JEDEC合作设计。[1]GDDR3与DDR3并无任何关系。
GDDR3的不少技术都是基于DDR2，但耗电及发热较少，同时效能较高。GDDR3界面会于每个周期内传送两组32位元数据。
