Fitbit（全名：Fitbit, Inc.）[1]是美国消费电子产品和健身公司，总部位于加州旧金山，主要产品包括活动追踪器、智慧手表和无线可穿戴式智慧产品等。该公司原名Healthy Metrics Research，于2007年10月改为现名。[2]2019年，Google宣布项目以21亿美元收购Fitbit[3][4]，而该交易在美国及欧洲的监管机构批准后，于2021年1月完成。[5][6]
2018年2月，Fitbit 宣布将与阿迪达斯合作发布阿迪达斯品牌的 Fitbit Ionic。特别版 Ionic 于 2018年3月19日发布。[7]
2018年8月，Blue Cross Blue Shield 协会宣布与 Fitbit 建立合作伙伴关系，其中 BCBS 将把 Fitbit 的可穿戴装置和健身追踪器纳入其 Blue365 计划。[7]
根据国际数据资讯（IDC）在2020年3月10日发表的报告，截至2019年，Fitbit是出货量第五大的可穿戴公司，同比增长14.8％[8]，仅次于小米和苹果。而Fitbit的报告则显示其已出售超过1亿部装置，拥有2,800万用户。[9]
被谷歌收购
[编辑]2021年1月，Fitbit被谷歌收购，并被并入其硬件部门。[10][11][12] 由于担心谷歌在美国和欧洲获得个人数据，该收购受到监管机构的审查。[13][14][15] 在谷歌收购Fitbit后，James Park继续担任Fitbit的副总裁兼总经理。[16]
2022年8月，谷歌在Fitbit网站和Google Store上将其Fitbit装置重命名为“Fitbit by Google”。[17] 2024年3月18日，谷歌将其Fitbit品牌更名为Google Fitbit，去除了箭头图标，并使用Google Sans作为字标。[18] 2024年1月，据报道，由于谷歌硬件团队的重组，联合创始人James Park和Eric Friedman将离开公司。[16]
