An Intelligent Systems Nitro Burner, used for development and testing of Nintendo DS games. Intelligent Systems manufactures official development systems for Nintendo, like this ROM burner. This will burn the game onto a cart so it can be tested on a retail/debugger Nintendo DS. I'm assuming that it's called the Nitro Burner, as there is a sticker that covers the actual name of it. The Nintendo DS was originally called internally as "Project Nitro" during its development.
