肠病毒71型（Enterovirus 71，EV71）是肠病毒的一种，多见于东南亚地区的夏季期间，主要病征是手足口病的一系列症状，包括发烧、食欲不振、喉咙痛及口腔溃疡等。也可能导致神经感染。
EV71肠病毒于1969年在美国加州首度被发现，并曾于1990年代在中国大陆、台湾、保加利亚、匈牙利和马来西亚大规模爆发。肠病毒71型自1970年代开始有逐渐增加的倾向。[1]
