ePSXe是一款为装载了Microsoft Windows、Linux和macOS的基于 X86 架构 PC 硬件所设计的PlayStation游戏机模拟器，也支持运行Android操作系统的装置。ePSXe 是闭源的，但它提供的插件API接口是开源的。
有半年时间，ePSXe 是在私密状态下开发的；而当2000年10月14日公开发布时，它凭借相比同期其它PlayStation模拟器更高的兼容性和性能，为PSX模拟领域带来了一场技术革命。
