Cosmo Clock21（日语：コスモクロック21）是位于日本神奈川县横滨市中区横滨港未来21的一座摩天轮。这座摩天楼修建于1989年，最初是横滨博览会内的游乐设施之一[1]。本来摩天轮预计将在博览会后拆除，但因人气高涨而得以保存。后因附近摩天大楼的增加，该摩天轮在1998年被拆除，并在1999年搬迁至现址。
