Construct是Scirra公司制作的以HTML5为基础的2D游戏编辑器[3][4]，主要针对无程式设计基础者[5]，只需在可视化编辑器中进行拖放动作，即可完成一个游戏。

[编辑]事件系统与行为
[编辑]在Construct 2中，编辑游戏的主要方法是透过“事件表”，作用与编程语言相近。每个事件分类中都有许多事件，其中包含条件表达式或触发动作。一旦满足条件，就可以开始运行[6]。不必去学习如OR、AND以及作用域等复杂的逻辑[7][8]。人们可以透过激活或停用事件，来制作一个事件组合。

Construct经典版是免费的DirectX开源软件，最初由一群学生开发[9]。在2007年10月27日公布[10] 最新版本为r2，于2012年2月5日发布[11]。
2013年4月20日，团队为了专注开发后续版本Construct 2[12]，宣布停止更新。

Construct 2为经典版的后续版本，加入了JavaScript框架，来支持拖放进行编辑[3]
Steam
[编辑]2012年10月18日，Construct 2向Steam Greenlight提出申请[15]。2012年11月30日，Construct 2成为第一批申请的软件[16]。2013年1月26日，Construct 2成为第二个通过Greenlight的应用程式[17]。
