天主教百科全书
《天主教百科全书》（The Catholic Encyclopedia: An International Work of Reference on the Constitution, Doctrine, Discipline, and History of the Catholic Church）[1]或称旧天主教百科全书（Old Catholic Encyclopedia）或原天主教百科全书（Original Catholic Encyclopedia）[2]是在美国出版的英语百科全书。第一卷完成于1907年3月，其余三卷完成于1912年，1914年初版图书总目。其目的是“给予读者完整的、权威的关于天主教的相关内容、活动和教条的信息”。[3][4]
该百科全书的出版公司是1905年2月成立于纽约的专为出版此百科全书而设立的罗伯特·阿普顿公司（Robert Appleton Company），编辑部的五位成员也是董事会成员。1912年公司改名为百科全书出版公司（The Encyclopedia Press）。[5]
