民航飞机（Civil Aviation Aircrafts）通常是指提供乘客及货运运输服务、有别于军用飞机与通用航空（General Aviation）的飞机种类。它底下又可分为：

  • 干线客机：通常是指100座以上（不包括100座）的大型客机，主要用于大城市之间的旅客运输。
  • 支线客机：通常是指100座以下的小型客机，主要用于大城市与中小城市之间的旅客运输。
  • 货机：指专门开发用来载运货物的飞机种类，或是一般客机的货运用衍生版。
  • 公务机：指一般公司或客人专门用来载运人员的飞机种类，又称为商务机。
