礼顿城市运输集团（英语：CIMIC Group Limited）或称CIMIC集团，旧名礼顿控股（Leighton Holdings），是一家国际承包商，主要活跃于电信、土木工程、建筑及房地产等领域，集团总部位于澳洲北悉尼，并在澳洲、新西兰、东南亚、中东都有其业务。该集团于2015年4月由礼顿控股更为现名。[2][3]
历史
[编辑]企业家斯坦利·礼顿于1949年成立礼顿控股（Leighton Holdings）公司，于1962年首次在墨尔本证券交易所（今澳洲证券交易所）上市。[4]1983年7月，礼顿控股收购澳洲矿业公司Thiess Pty，使该公司的主要股东成为礼顿控股的大股东。[5][6][7]2000年，礼顿控股收购约翰·霍兰德公司70％股份，于2007年12月将其股份全数收购。[8]
2013年10月，费尔法克斯传媒指控礼顿控股涉嫌贿赂时任伊拉克副总理沙赫雷斯塔尼，以确保该公司在伊拉克输油管道的相关合同。[9][10]
2014年3月，西班牙土木工程公司ACS集团透过收购礼顿控股的母公司豪赫蒂夫之多数股份，成为礼顿控股的大股东，并任命豪赫蒂夫的首席执行长马塞利诺·费尔南德斯·韦尔迪斯（Marcelino Fernandez Verdes）为礼顿控股的新任首席首席执行官。[11][12]2014年6月，韦尔迪斯接任礼顿控股的执行董事。[13]
2014年12月，礼顿控股以9.53亿澳元的价格将约翰·霍兰德公司出售给中国交通建设。[14][15][16]
2015年4月，在经历贿赂指控后，ACS集团宣布将礼顿控股（Leighton Holdings）更名为礼顿城市运输集团（CIMIC Group），该名称为建设（Construction）、基础设施（Infrastructure）、矿业（Mining） 和服务经营权（Concessions）的缩写。[2]2016年3月，礼顿城市运输以2.56亿美元的价格收购矿业公司Sedgman。[17]2016年12月，礼顿城市运输以5.24亿美元的价格收购工程公司UGL集团。[18]
2017年11月，迈克尔·赖特（Michael Wright）接替马塞利诺·费尔南德斯·韦尔迪斯成为礼顿城市运输的董事总经理兼首席执行长。[19]
2022年3月，礼顿城市运输被指控透过出售其中东地区的业务以避免支付报酬予当地员工、分包商和供应商，卡塔尔法院的司法警卫法蒂玛·阿尔马斯·阿哈马德（Fatima Almass Al-Hamad）将情况描述为“人道灾难”（humanitarian disaster）。[20]

[编辑]西班牙ACS集团持有礼顿城市运输集团母公司豪赫蒂夫的大部分股份，而豪赫蒂夫则持有礼顿城市运输集团总股份约70％。[21]
香港铁路工程
[编辑]2013年，礼顿城市运输集团集团的子公司礼顿亚洲获得香港港铁沙田至中环线红磡站高架铁路网扩建工程的承包合同。[22]2018年，礼顿亚洲在工程中使用的钢筋被指控不符合当地安全标准，并试图隐瞒及造假该失误，直到举报人将其证据泄露给当地媒体。[23][24]香港立法会铁路事宜小组委员会委员田北辰批评该公司“专横跋扈”。[25]
