《BEST HITS LIVE～Save The Children SPEED LIVE 2003～》是日本女子乐团SPEED的第2张现场专辑。2004年2月11日发行。以Copy Control光盘形式发行。
专辑收录了SPEED2003年第二次再结成时，在9月至11月进行的巡回慈善演唱会《Save the Children SPEED LIVE 2003》的音源。包含了SPEED除了《Precious Time》和《One More Dream》两首歌之外的所有已发行单曲的主曲。还包含有《Save the Children SPEED LIVE 2003》DVD中没有的曲目《Snow Kiss》。
在Oricon周间专辑排行榜上最高排行第1位，是SPEED至今唯一一张没有上Oricon周榜前十位的大碟；Oricon公信榜在榜期间销量为91.1万张。
