3P是香港正东唱片旗下的一队乐队，初期只有商业电台DJ少爷占及茜利妹，加上林一峰三位成员，其后加入独立乐队Vitamin-M及林一峰的妹妹林二汶。乐队于2000年成立，并推出过2张音乐专辑。2001年，他们于2000年度叱咤乐坛流行榜颁奖典礼中获得“叱咤乐坛组合铜奖”，惟之后再没有推出过唱片。
