1994年白俄罗斯总统选举于1994年6月23日在白俄罗斯举行，第二轮选举于7月10日举行[1]。这是白俄罗斯自三年前从苏联独立出来以后首次举行全国选举。亚历山大·卢卡申科在第二轮投票中获得了80.6%的选票，当选为总统。此次选举的第一轮投票率为79.0%，第二轮投票率为70.6%[2]。
卢卡申科上任以后，于1995年举行一次全民公投，这次公投赋予总统解散立法机构的权力。在之后的1996年公投中，总统的权力被大大增加了，且将总统原来的五年任期延长至2001年。因此，1994年的总统选举被认为是白俄罗斯自苏联独立以后举行过的唯一一次自由选举[3][4]。
