黄学禄
黄学禄（1938年—），河南信阳人，中国人民解放军将领、中国人民解放军中将。 [1]
1955年7月加入中国共产主义青年团，1959年加入中国共产党，1997年7月，授予中国人民解放军中将，1996年9月至1999年5月曾任济南军区副政治委员。[2][3]
2003年3月至2008年3月，担任第十届全国人大代表，十届全国人大教科文卫委员会委员
