黄德章（1870年6月7日—1923年），字滋萱（子宣），四川新繁人，中华民国司法官员。
生平
[编辑]光绪丁酉科中式拔贡，后由京师大学堂派往留学日本东京帝国大学，学习法律。光绪三十四年（1908年）获游学毕业进士，授翰林院编修。民国元年8月16日，任司法部编纂[2]，民国元年8月24日，任大理院推事[3]，民国3年3月4日，任约法会议议员资格审定会会员[4]，民国3年6月22日，署京师地方审判厅厅长[5]，民国4年1月27日，授中大夫[6]，民国4年8月12日，任京师地方审判厅厅长[7]，民国9年1月8日，署江西高等检察厅检察长[8]，民国10年12月18日，任江西高等检察厅检察长[9]， 民国11年2月7日，调任总检察厅检察官[10]，民国11年2月23日，调任大理院推事[11]。
